Not being taken serious

I am 30 weeks pregnant and from the beginning I was told I was at risk for preterm labor because I fell pregnant 3 months after having my first. I was sent to labor a delivery to check on my asthma around 20 weeks and I was giving a paper of signs for preterm labor. Since two weeks ago or week and half ago I have a lot of pressure on my lower bone. Constant contractions (irregular) and lots of cramping. Server lower back ache with hip pain. Diarrhea. Everything I eat right away to the bathroom. I am also 2cm dilated. They just say we will talk next visit but every time I go in I see a new ob. I don’t have a set ob I guess I see a lot of people and I always have to be explaining myself. I feel a bit frustrated in pain
