3 week check after d&e

I have an appointment for a 3 week check after my d&e from a mmc with my angel baby, I'm so anxious I feel like I'm going to throw up and don't think sleep will happen tonight. I'm so ready to feel like I can close this chapter, even though it will always truly be open.
