Cold rock Ice Cream? Is it ok??

Question for Australian ladies! Not sure if other countries have Cold Rock? 
So stupid but is it fine to eat during pregnancy?  
I hate how scared I am of eating different things, so many articles have scared me off of nearly every food 😥

Should be fine it's not soft serve ice cream if been eating normal ice cream and had no problems:)

Totally fine, steer clear of soft serve machine ice creams ie. anything from maccas.
