Vitex -very long cycle
Hi all,
I took vitex this cycle everyday 800 mg and thought it was working. I think I ovulated around cd 19. I had all the signs and a temp spike. I am now on cd 35 with no period in sight with negative pregnancy tests but almost positive ovulation strips. This is not normal for me. I normally have a short luteal phase of 7 days! Anyone experience this with vitex. I’m kinda freaking out.
