Swelling in first trimester?

In my first trimester. Just hit the 9w mark...and my fingers keep swelling. So bad I had to take off my wedding ring!
 isn't it too soon for this?
Granted, I have gained a few pounds in the past 5 weeks, but this is bad!
Anyone else?

Same with me ! Had to get my ring just half size bigger it’s all the water retention. It’s not bad but talk to your doctor if your concerned also limiting salt will help

I’m about to be 9 weeks. And i notice my ring is tighter in the morning right when i wake up, and it’s not too bad. But just enough to notice it.  But after about 30 minutes to an hour it fits fine again.

I have high blood pressure and swelling is a symptom. Let your dr or midwife know and be careful with salty foods. If you experience swelling in your legs, I’d recommend going to triage just to make sure. I’m not a Dr but this is what my Dr told me.
