How do I track my ovulation with PCOS

So I have PCOS and recently learned how to track the length of period. Last moth it was 41 days and 29 this month... My question being, how would I be able to track my ovulation with such irregular cycles? their different EVERY month by 1-2 days or weeks I never know. Is their anyone else that has this problem and if so how were you able to track your ovulation as accurately as possible? Thank You 😊..
