I'm wondering if after a cesarean moms are able to breastfeed, because dont you get prescribed pain medication or antibiotics to avoid infection? Wouldn't these harm baby if your taking these medications and breastfeeding? Wouldn't it pass through the milk to baby? I've never had a cesarean, but it's looking like this baby will have to be one due to complications already arising in my health. Please comment and let me know if you experienced this .. I'm just a little confused.. I really want to breastfeed and the thought of not being able due to the way he is born. . makes me so sad.
