Should I be concerned?

I have this discolouration going on in my legs. They often look very purple/red with white spots.

I have Raynaud’s Syndrome and this happens to me frequently (before, during and after pregnancy’s) - it just has to deal with circulation. 
Pregnancy can throw our normal circulatory flow for a loop so I wouldn’t worry too much.

Oh my gosh my legs are like this too ! I think it has to do with circulation . They aren’t as bad when I sit and put my feet up

I have that on my hands and arms ever since I've been pregnant and if just got worse

Yes! Mine look like this a lot when pregnant! I think just the extra blood circulation and weight on my legs cause it to look worse.

My ankle area get like this sometimes.  Glad to see it's common.

My feet have been like this too. Sitting is the worst.. laying down or walking around makes them turn normal again! So weird!

My hands get like that if I don’t have enough circulation, can you lay down and get all the pressure from your belly off of your legs?
