What woo-woo stuff are you trying this cycle?
By woo-woo I mean not super scientifically proven to work, but lots of anecdotal success.
For me, this past cycle (I’m 1 DPO) I used lots of supplements (added fish oil, evening primrose/flaxseed oil, red raspberry leaf tea and CoQ10), tried using the soft cup after sex a few times, pre-seed and the biggest one being putting a warm bottle between my legs after sex (only did this once).
What are you ladies trying out this cycle?
