Anyone on clomid I have a question

So I just finished my last day of clomid and I’m cramping my tummy is tight and it’s uncomfortable to stretch out it’s like my stomach is tied in knots is this normal I tried calling my dr but have not got a call back yet . It’s starting to worry me
