I had my blood work and monitoring scan today i am 6 days off letrozole. The scan showed left ovary is resting and right ovary has one follicle at 18mm. Uterine lining is thinner then they want as well as follicle size. Going back for rate of growth tomorrow to hopefully get a trigger shot day. So i guess my question is, who all has had success with one follicle and trigger in pregnancy? I am so nervous about it not working. But this is the farthest i have ever gotten in a cycle before natural or with medication.
