Dull pain?

I’m around 9/10 DPO I haven’t had normal AF symptoms I have no sore boobs, have felt slightly sick but I’ve also had a dull pain on the right side for the last few days especially when I’m active and a heaviness at the bottom of my back.. anyone else similar ?

I’m having the dull achy back pain but on my left side and my boobs are really sore and very swollen more than usual. My period is in 4 days and I took a test on the 17th and it was very faint line

Very faint but it’s there. So hopefully this is my month baby dust to you
