6w1d symptoms ?

What are your symptoms at 6w1d ? I’ve been getting mild lower abdomin cramps . Sometimes it feels like a dull ache as if I worked out my abs the day before . No vomiting / almost non existent nausea. Only first thing in the morning before eating breakfast. Extreme tiredness . First scan at 12.5w so ages to go before I get to see bean.

I find it very hard to not over think.
