I got a faint positive, went in for blood work levels where at 32, went in two days later they where at 15, went in yesterday it was so low the blood work came back negative.

My doc says I could’ve had an very early miscarriage and not realized it. I had cramping but I didn’t think anything of it. I had cramping with my 3 other full term pregnancy. It just sucks because my fiancé was so excited and happy. My sister is pregnant too and she couldn’t wait to take bump photos together. We’re going to try again in August. But I’m dying inside. Trying to be strong. Not act like it’s bothering me but I’m literally trying not to break down every day.
