Not so bedrest.......

I was put on bedrest till my next appointment excpet ive done everything but rest. I have a 4 year old and a 2 yr old at home. How in earth am i supposed to take it it easy with two toddler boys!? Im worn out feel like poop and just stressed. How have other moms handled this in my situation?
