Hi mamas. So I bled pretty heavily 2 weeks PP then weeks 3-4 it lightened up and weeks 5-6 it was gone and I didn’t need to wear a pad or liner. Now I’m 7 weeks PP and i randomly spot either a rusty color red brown or a light red/pink...some yellow occasionally when I wipe too. My lower abdomen is sore too...not cramps but like gas pains or a tummy ache. I have IBS so not sure if it’s that flaring up or my uterus.

I was at the dr Monday and he did an internal exam and said everything looked great but now I’m concerned that the spotting is picking back up again. I didn’t wear a liner this morning and I spotted through my pants.

Has anyone else still experience bleeding or spotting 7 weeks PP? When did it stop for you? When should I be concerned despite Dr saying everything looked normal?
