Baby moving HURTS!!!!

So I'm 35+1 and for the past few days my daughter's movements have become seriously painful. To the point I lose my breath and even cry in pain. She is super low head down and facing her back of head to my spine so I'll he having back labor, her moving hurts so bad down there it feels like she is pinching something and then I cramp for about 30 seconds. It legit doesn't feel right and for me to cry in pain isn't right. This is my 3rd and never ever had this issue. Anyone else? Also I'm getting alot of white milky discharge and I haven't had any since my 1st trimester. My non stress test also showed me having contractions yesterday but I didn't notice them much, just mild lower back pain.
