Any one ever felt like they are so sick that they could pass out during their period?

I was in walmart earlier and I just started my period this morning. I was trying to get some stuff for my apartment and I was getting severely dizzy, sick to my stomach, exhausted, dry mouth, and tunnel vision. I felt at one point I might just fall over and faint I was so dizzy. Has anyone else ever felt like this?

That always happens to me.  Taking Motrin ahead of time always prevents that from happening

This happens to me and they say that you need to make sure you're drinking enough water (extra water beings your bleeding) and food with higher iron if your prone to anemia.

I have vasovagal syncope so it's a little different for me.

I would definitely see a doctor but if you're healthy otherwise then it might be anxiety.

I have never felt that sick. Please see your doctor. You could be anemic.
