Usually when I ovulate I’ll have some light lower cramps similar to menstrual cramps but today glow is predicting me to be ovulating and I’ve had a lot of ewcm the last two days but I’ve woken up with pain in my lower right back. It was pretty painful to sit or stand and it slowly moved to my right side of my lower stomach too like period cramps. When I went pee earlier it made my cramps in my cramps ache 10 times worse. Since then my stomach has stopped hurting but my back still hurts off and on. It’s all in the location of normal ovulation/period cramps but way more intense than ever. Anyone know what it could be??
