Can a bowel movement be more than one/two colors?

Don't say go to the doctor because I've been EVERYWHERE and they just stare at me - I've taken photos for them, they refuse to look at them (even though they're gastroenterologists...).

It started a few months ago - the stool changing colors. And I don't mean just black, green, red, or brown. That's all they have answers on. But my stools range from white/clay-ish, orange-bright & dull, yellow, and is normally coated green.

- I know they're coated green because I've had to do stool samples but they keep saying inconclusive -

But they are never brown. And most of the time there's two or three colors. There's always orange specks and mucus.

I've changed my diet to see if anything I was consuming caused this. Nothing really changed.

It actually hurts to shit, like I ate lightbulbs for dinner and was passing them without dying.. even though most of my bowel movements are pencil thin. If they're any larger, no larger than an expo marker (because of hard stool that can't get formed any smaller).

I fell to the floor at work in pain today and my boss told me to go to the urgent Care. I did. Paid $100 for them to do a urine test... Said to go to the emergency room if it happens again. πŸ™„
