Worried...

So in February 2019 I got pregnant after my reversal in May 2018. I had miscarriage September 2018 and I am 42 soon to be 43. Sadly, my February pregnancy ended in being etopic and I lost my right tube my hcg was over 14000 and always doubled each time they checked I was 6 weeks and 2 days when I had tube removed. Now my doctor said I can start trying again but I am scared a little... sorry but just trying to get some encouragement... thanks and baby dust to all you ladies..
