Essential thrombocythemia anyone?

Recently diagnosed and probably have had it for years. I’m currently on the mirena iud and will request to have it removed in May. Wondering anyone have a successful time conceiving and pregnancy? Hem gave the ok, husband is ok next is the OB to be on board! This will be baby #3 hopefully and the final one. I have 2 girls now and hoping for a healthy next baby. My mind is everywhere since I’ve had 4 miscarriages in the past and the last pregnancy I took cloned to help conceive and be able to carry all the way through. Anyone have their stories or currently pregnant with ET? Any words of advice (personal)
