What is the recovery like for this procedure?

I am having one done in about 2 weeks and am hoping to be able to return to work the next day.

Just so you know I have a desk job so I will mostly just be sitting at a computer all day, minimal walking around and no heavy lifting.

I am really just having this done as an exploratory surgery but my doctor plans to burn off any endometriosis that she can, if any is found.

I didn’t realize that most ppl do have time off for these other than the day of, so I called my doctor to ask her about it and she said that I would probably want the next day off and then after that it would just depend on how I feel.

I mean if I go home and completely rest will I be okay to come sit at work the next day or will I be dying in pain?
