Low Triglycerides

I just had my yearly physical and my lab results have been posted online. I haven’t talked to my doctor yet, but am wondering if these low levels below could be causing some of our trouble with TTC and explain our miscarriage last year...

Triglycerides: 32 mg/dL (Standard Range: 55-150)

VLDL Cholesterol: 6 mg/dL (Standard Range: 8 - 71)

Anyone with any experience? Are these levels low enough to cause problems with TTC? Should I be pushing for more testing or something? Thanks for any advice.
