Night time calf cramps. Anyone else?

The last 2 nights I’ve suffered from cramp in my calves. It wakes me up and I have to try flatten foot. Even now my calves are tender from the cramp. Like the muscle is tender.

It’s a normal part of pregnancy. Drink more water and eat foods high in potassium.

I was getting debilitating calf cramps in the middle of the night until I started taking magnesium and so far haven’t had any more issues 🤞🏼

Mee too! I get like 2 a week now! Ugh. I wake up yelling with them and SO tries to rub it til it stops. Then my leg hurts for 2 days after! 😖

My doctor told me to take calcium and to put something under the end of the mattress to prop it and elevate your legs (helps with blood flow.)Charlie horses are extremely painful. Good luck
