Is this a positive OPK?

Hi, I’m new to all of this. I’m 24 and this is me and my husbands second month of TTC. I’m on CD 21 and have not gotten any that looked like a positive opk until today. Can any one confirm?

Also, does that mean I’m currently ovulating or I will ovulate within the next few days?

Glow and Flo both predicted my ovulation day wrong, but my cycles are irregular. They usually never last more than 30 though. Is it normal to ovulate this late in a cycle?

ETA: I had EWCM on CD 19
