I sound crazy I’ve been to multiple doctors and my stomach and head hurts from crying. Before I get bv or really bad yeast infections I get bumps on my labia minora. I went to the gyno to get them tested and it said I had dysplasia but she said it was because the cells looked abnormal because of inflammation.

I went to the Er because of this and I tested positive for clue cells and bv. They prescribed me flagyl but I haven’t taken it yet. The bumps are both sides of my labia and have the same pattern. I’m very very scared but my obgyn says they aren’t warts but why am I still scared. Also I’m really itchy down there and dry. Do warts cause that. I’m just looking for advice
