Frozen chicken

I always buy my chicken breasts frozen and then when dinner time comes up I realize i haven’t defrosted any 🤦🏼‍♀️ does anyone have meal ideas that don’t require defrosting first? Like putting chicken in the oven while it’s frozen and to defrost while cooking?
