I’ve known something was off for a while now and finally know what it’s called. Tampons and penetrative masturbation don’t work for me because I have a microperforate hymen (basically my hymen is too big and almost totally covers my vaginal opening). It’s a rare abnormality and I was hoping someone else here who has it could tell me what to expect. I don’t know if I’ll have the surgery to fix it and I’m mostly worried about how painful sex will be.
