Test or no

Guys, last month I skipped my placebo week. That's the first time I ever have. It's my sixth month now on the combination pill. My SO and I try to use condoms, but sometimes we start without one and put it on half way. I know. pre cum can get it done. I'm always extremely punctual with taking my pill. Never have I missed one. Last Sunday I took it an hour and a half late, and since yesterday I've been having this tingly sensation and feeling in my lower abdomen that I haven't been able to get rid of. I don't have an appetite. And I'll get occasional cramps but, that's not new. I'm extremely nervous and anxious so much that I get nauseous. I'm buying a test after I get off work. What do you guys think?
