Help... bankruptcy or no

So I am 22, I went to college and financed a car, well those two on top of few others I couldn’t handle paying it all on my own and ended up losing my car and most of things are in collections. I don’t know what to do and am scared. Should I talk to someone about filing for bankruptcy or what would the best route be? I don’t know anything and needing as much help and advice. Thank you
