Does anyone know what is this ?

I had a 1month and a half missed period on January then blood came 18/1(before that one my period was 04/12) then I got menses meaning blood very light 12/02 for 2days then it started after 4days for like 7days as normal menses 

Previous month I got blood again 15/03 n now this month (18/04)I saw this thing coming out which resembles a baby 

If what I had was menses then scientifically this thing cant be a baby right?please help
