Eczema cream referrals?

My 4 year old son and i both have eczema. His is alot worse than mine. We use a daily lotion from suave but it's not doing the job. Does anyone have any references as to a good cream to take the itch away? I was thinking of maybe going with an allergy relief cream? Help!

Try putting Apple cider vinegar in their bath. Google it for amounts.

We use a cream that contains 5% carbamide, a cream called canoderm(not sure if its available in the us)  works brilliantly. And a tiny amount of hydrocortisone it it’s bad breakout.
Also might be worth looking into a eczema diet, or anti inflammatory diet, it’s more guidelines on what to avoid so you don’t make the eczema worse.
