I’m having a constant ache right of my pubic bone. It kind of is radiating down my leg. It’s just like a leg ache would feel but a little different. Pain is probably a 5/6 on a scale 1-10. Anyone else?

Yes I have the same exact thing. This is called Symphysis pubis disfunction and honestly your doctor would diagnose you... the sad part is that... they won’t do anything about it, they can refer you to a physiotherapist but they’re similar to a chiropractor.. and all they would do is stretch you and do some exercise. If it doesn’t go away, they’re just gonna keep doing the same thing so it’s really not worth it. Midwives or OB’s can’t do much but that.. you’re just going to be in pain the rest of the pregnancy. I’m almost 28weeks, been having the same pain since 18weeks. You might not have it but you can ask about it.

I get pain around the area of my pubic bone too, especially when I wake up in the morning or am sitting for awhile and stand up 😑 the doctor said it’s normal but it’s irritating!

I have the same thing. The doctor told me I can try a pregnancy belt to help my pubic bone shift back into place a little. There’s not really much you can do, but she said this might make it a little bearable. I haven’t tried it yet, but I try to stretch every day and it seems to help a bit.

I'm pretty sure that round ligament pain. I get it too and my doctor told me that it's from round ligament pain. I might be wrong but in my experience that's what I think it is. I hope this is helpful

I get a pain here too especially when I stand or walk, it’s almost like a Charlie horse. I think it’s round ligament pain?? I mentioned it to the OB and she wasn’t concerned.
