I have incredibly painful periods. When they roll around, they're eight days long and agonizing. So far I've tried Yasmin and Loestrin Fe, but both make me grumpy and make my sex drive plummet to the bottom of the ocean. The possible side effects of Yasmin scared me too... Now I've been offered the NuvaRing, which I hear might be the same exact thing as Yasmin😵, but just taken into the body a completely different way. I'm fine with it being in the vagina, I just want to know if I'll probably have the same side effects of grumpy-no-sex-drive moods... :( Have any of you noticed it being about the same as the oral birth controls?Or different?
