How are you suppose to lay after having sex I heard lay low and right? Trying to get pregnant any advice is needed!

That’s a myth. Many women believe they have to hold their legs up, lay down, etc for a certain about of time after sex & that’s not the case! 
Sperm gets where it needs to go in seconds. You can get right up afterwards & carry on. You can pee, shower, whatever... it doesn’t decrease your chances! Always make sure to pee after sex though - to avoid infections.

You don’t have to lay any certain way. Sperm gets where it needs to go in a matter of seconds, laying with it in you for a longer amount of time just makes you more likely to get a UTI.
