Let me preface all this by saying I got off the birth control pill in December, ovulated in December and January and haven’t ovulated since. I have been taking OPKs (only recently started logging them in an app) and they’ve all been negative. So imagine my surprise when my BBT started going up right around the time I would’ve normally ovulated. I don’t understand how I could’ve ovulated on cycle day 13 when I had taken OPKs prior to that and they were all negative. Anyone have any thoughts?
