Miscarriage ?

I'm having a severe constant back pain and I won't go away it's in my lower bag and sometimes will start on my right side..I'm scared today I got very upset at my husband and my mom and I was crying and yelling and I just couldn't hold it back and I've been eatin a lot of fast food 😩I just can't help myself someone please help me.
