What's with this???

If ovulation happened 2 days ago, and I had a temp spike yesterday and today. Why would I have pinching/cramps yesterday and today? ( today it's more like a sharp pinch and it's on the right side( ovaries). Could there be an issue ( yeast infection , bv etc)? Can you get this kind of thing 2 days AFTER ovulation?
