Prepping for first TTC cycle!
Any tips on how I can prepare for the first ovulation, and the best way to figure out when ovulation will come after so much irregularity? I don't want to waste all my OPKs if I'm way off...
I haven't had a period since May (after getting IUD out in February) but now we are TTC. I just got my period on 9/14 (!!!) and not sure when/how to figure out when I'll ovulate.
Any and all ideas are welcome! :)
