Did your OBGYN check you for it at your 6 week postpartum follow up appointment? Did you just check for it yourself? Curious to know if I have any separation before I begin working out again...

You can check for yourself. If you YouTube a video it’s easier than me trying to explain lol. I have it bad. I have a 4 finger width gap 🙈 if I wanted mine fixed I would need surgery.

My obgyn didn’t check even though I knew I had it. I was given advice to just do crunches even though that is the absolute worst advice and exercise for treatment 😲 currently 9 weeks postpartum and only thing I have done is a handful of walks.
