Do you have a lazy boob?

I block feed my baby due to forceful letdown so he nurses the same amount on each breasts typically. From day one my right breast has produced more milk. Just curious if anyone else notices this?

Yep. My right has a more desirable ideal nipple to latch on and during night feeds I would accidently in my sleep give her the easier boob and that caused a bigger supply in my right than my left. My left boobs nipple lays a little more flat so it was more difficult to achieve a good latch.

Do you offer both boobs each feed? If so the advice I was given was always offer lazy boob first.
You can get caught in a spiral where baby will prefer your "better" boob and want to feed off that one most of all, so your other one will then suffer even more.
A few days of doing it like that and mine evened up 👌

Mine produce about the same, but my left boob has major huge letdown. I use a haakaa on that side while she feeds on the right in the morning so it doesn’t choke her.
