This back pain 😩

I’ve never really had a problem with back pain before but now it’s always sore in my lower back. If I lie down for an extended period of time it’s SO painful to get back up. Anyone else suffering through new back pain too? Is this a pregnancy thing? I’m only 22, I shouldn’t feel like I’m 80 😂😂
