So this has been a really rough year. The boys and I have been through so much. My youngest today (almost 11) said mommy do you think the Easter bunny will come see me? I said I don’t know what do you think? He said well I don’t think the Easter bunny is real but I do the tooth fairy and Santa. I know mom. (I giggled). Also have almost 14 year old boy.

So last minute I went out and got some things. Church clothes are prepped. I’m taking them to the service then driving to Alabama to visit with family. Along the way we are going to take flowers to my grandmothers graveside(she passed October 2018 and was like my mom).

All it took were those sweet innocent loving eyes in the rear view mirror today for me to get off my pity party and get in gear. I like to think it was mawmaw. I know she’s still with me! Just wanted to share.

Being a mother is the greatest blessing ever and I’m forever thankful.

Yes the fireplace. That’s the place for bunny and tooth fairy. Highly recommend ha. Never have to worry with going on room under pillow for tooth! It’s worked for me!
