Acid reflux + heartburn
Any tips for very bad acid reflux and heartburn? I’m 19 weeks and the past few days I am having a lot of pain from acid reflux and heart burn, tums isn’t really cutting it anymore. It is especially bad at night when I lay down to sleep.
