Before pregnancy I worked out 2-3 times a weeks at the gym. I could squat 50kg. I had a nice butt and I was proud of my body.
Now I'm almost 4 months pp. My baby barely catnaps during the day and always wants to be held so I don't get time to work out. I'm going back to work in a couple of weeks so I'll have even less time to myself.
I didn't have any stretch marks before pregnancy and I didn't get them until 35 weeks. I now have them on my stomach, hips and thighs and I got some on my boobs at 3-4 days pp when my milk came in. My boobs have sagged and gone flabby, my stomach sticks out and is all wrinkly from being stretched then deflated. The stretch marks on my hips are thick and red and my butt is flat. I'm proud of the fact that I grew and birthed a healthy baby but I'm painfully aware of how I look.
