Period underwear???❤️

Hey lovely ladies, just wondering if anyone has any good recommendations for underwear that absorbs period blood? 
I read some reviews about brands like Thinx and Modibodi but was hoping that I could get some opinions from a more trustworthy source? Xx

I use modibodi, actually am using one right now as I am on day 2. I love them. My sister recommended them to me. But as I am super sceptical, I did a bunch of research on the other underwear brands thinx, flux, luna, dear kate etc.. I ultimately choose modibodi because of natural fibers used, better aborbancy, soft fabric, and better visual asthetic. Still I wanted to be sure before I fully committed, so I did what they recommend on the website. I picked two different style and aborbancy options. I wanted to see how compfortable the cut and material was, as I bloat and cramp pretty badly. I also wanted to test the practicalities of using them, as I have an extremely heavy flow. That first time I wore them, it was just... so comfortable. And when I went to sleep without having to put towels down, it was great. No leaks. Just a compfortable sleep. So after that trial I went and brough a mix pack and haven't  looked back since. Hope this is helpful. Best of luck on your search.

I love my Anigan Period Panties that I got at my local store. They were only around $15 and I use them every month along with my diva cup so I don't have to buy pads or tampons anymore. 
My favorite part about them (aside from comfort and their cute look) is that the gusset has a large opening in them so you can put additional padding in them if you want more protection on heavier days.
I'm thinking of buying some inserts from gladrags.com so I can put them in these panties when I don't feel like wearing my cup 😊
