Best video monitor?

I need some suggestions on a really good monitor mamas! I want to be able to see my baby pretty clearly on the monitor or one that I can see her on my phone...I guess they have ones that can connect through an app? Anyways drop me some suggestions please from your experiences! Thank you!!!

I was set on getting one that was app based but then I read that you’d have to have your phone open on the app all the time for continual monitoring. I guess it would be good if there was one that had an independent screen and could also be accessed remotely via an app! Also thought wifi was cool, but then thought about how frequently our wifi drops out at home.
