Is this implantation

So for the last week I have been lost my appetite, had a muzzy heavy head, feeling sicky on and off through out the day and now I’m experiencing cramps as bad as my period cramps but a week and a bit from coming on my period. I’ve done something research but I haven’t started spotting, could this be signs of implantation?
