How to control cystic acne while pregnant

I had really bad cystic acne and i was able to keep it controlled w some products .. now that im pregnant I’ve stopped them all and have been only using safe products and my face is literally so so bad . It hurts , it bleeds , it’s red, it’s sore . I don’t know what to do 😭 im sad so so sad that i look like this , Can anybody please recommend products or tips? ONLY people who have had cystic acne tho ( sorry it’s just the rest of you literally don’t understand )
